You shall not modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, or create derivative works from the underlying software, AI models, templates, or infrastructure of GabbarInfo AI without our express written permission.

AI-generated content (blog posts, ad copy, social media posts, images, scripts, videos) produced using GabbarInfo AI for your own business or for businesses you manage as an agency client is permitted under these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your account or your use of the Site at any time, for any reason or for no reason, including in the event that you violate these Terms, we are unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide to us or we believe that your actions may cause losses to, or legal liability for, you, other users of the Site or us.

You shall not use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access the Site or any website provided as part of the Site for any purpose without our express written permission. You shall not (a) take any action that imposes, or may impose, in our sole discretion an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure, (b) interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of any of the Site or (c) bypass any measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the Site.

User Submissions

Any and all claims, judgments and awards will be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, and in no event shall you be entitled to recovery of attorneys' fees. Under no circumstances will any claimant be permitted to obtain any award for, and you hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses.

Any cause of action or claim you may have directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to the Terms or the Site must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises.

Our failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any of these Terms. We may assign our rights and duties hereunder to any party at any time.

We make no representation that the contents of the Site are appropriate or available for use in locations outside of India. Access to the Site from territories where their content is illegal is prohibited. Those who choose to access the Site from locations outside of India do so on their own initiative and risk and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. You may not use or export any Content in violation of Indian export laws and regulations.

GabbarInfo AI Credits & Billing

GabbarInfo AI operates on a credit-based and subscription-based payment model. Credits are a pre-purchased digital unit of account (1 Credit = ₹1) redeemable exclusively within the GabbarInfo AI platform.

• Credit Deduction at Generation: Credits are deducted from your balance at the moment GabbarInfo AI begins processing your request (i.e., when the AI generation starts). Credits are consumed regardless of whether you subsequently publish, download, or use the generated output. Closing the browser, navigating away, or abandoning a workflow after generation has commenced does not entitle you to a refund or restoration of credits.
• Non-Refundable Credits: All credit top-up purchases are final and non-refundable once credited to your account. Unused credits do not carry forward beyond a subscription period unless explicitly stated in your active plan.
• Credit Expiry: Bonus credits included in a subscription plan expire at the end of the active billing cycle in which they were issued. Purchased credit top-up packs are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless an earlier expiry is stated at the time of purchase.
• Minimum Purchase: Credits may be purchased in packs. The minimum credit purchase is ₹99 (110 Credits). Pack values and credit amounts are as published on the GabbarInfo AI platform at the time of purchase.

Subscription Plans & Auto-Renewal

GabbarInfo AI offers monthly subscription plans (Solo Starter, Duo Growth, Trio Business, Agency Starter, Agency Pro, Agency Max, and Agency Enterprise). Subscription details, inclusions, and pricing are as published on the GabbarInfo AI platform.

• Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly from the date of the initial purchase. Your subscription remains active until the earlier of: (a) 30 calendar days from the subscription start date; (b) exhaustion of all included service quotas; or (c) exhaustion of all included bonus credits. Upon exhaustion or expiry, services will pause until renewal or a top-up purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Monthly subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled by you at least 24 hours prior to the next billing date. You will receive an advance notification of each upcoming auto-renewal charge to the email address associated with your account, in accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. To cancel auto-renewal, log in to your account dashboard or write to contactus@gabbarinfo.com.
• Renewal Charges: Renewal charges processed after the billing date are non-refundable except in accordance with our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
• Quota Consumption: All included service quotas (blogs, social posts, ad campaigns, character creations, etc.) reset at the start of each new billing cycle. Unused quota from a prior period does not carry forward.

Autopilot Services

GabbarInfo AI offers automated, scheduled content generation services ("Autopilot"), including SEO Blog Autopilot and Social Post Autopilot. By enabling an Autopilot service, you authorise GabbarInfo AI to generate and, where applicable, publish content on your behalf at the configured frequency.

• Credits or subscription quota required for each scheduled generation are reserved at the start of the billing cycle and deducted per generation run, at the moment the AI generation begins.
• If a generation run completes but publishing fails (e.g., due to a WordPress connectivity error), credits for that generation are still consumed, as the AI processing has already occurred. The generated content remains available in your account for manual review and publishing.
• You are responsible for the accuracy, suitability, and legality of the prompts, business details, and configuration you provide to Autopilot services. GabbarInfo AI does not guarantee that AI-generated content will be error-free, SEO-optimal, or appropriate for every context.

Force Majeure & Third-Party Service Limitations

GabbarInfo AI relies on third-party APIs and services (including but not limited to OpenAI, Replicate, ElevenLabs, Meta, Google, and WordPress) to deliver its features. We are not responsible for any interruption, degradation, rate-limiting, policy change, or discontinuation of such third-party services. In the event that a third-party service failure prevents the delivery of a GabbarInfo AI feature:

• Credits are NOT deducted if the AI generation was not initiated (i.e., the API call failed before processing began).
• We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of known outages; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability.
• We shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or missed business opportunity arising from third-party API outages, platform policy changes, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.

Intellectual Property

The Site is our property. The Site may include content owned by others that is licensed to us. All rights reserved.

Notices and Procedures for Making Claims of Copyright Infringement

All inquiries not relevant to or not complying with the following procedure will receive no response.

We respect the intellectual property of others, and we ask our users and visitors to do the same. We will process and investigate notices and will take appropriate actions under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and other applicable intellectual property laws. Upon receipt of a notice complying with the DMCA, we will act to remove or disable access to any material found to be infringing or found to be the subject of infringing activity and will act to remove or disable access to any reference or link to material or activity that is found to be infringing.

Code of Conduct

You shall not, and shall not authorize or facilitate any attempt by another person or entity to:
