At Gabbarinfo Digital Solutions ("we", "us", "our"), we strive to deliver high-quality digital marketing services, performance advertising campaigns, website design, and autonomous AI-powered software solutions through GabbarInfo AI (hosted at ai.gabbarinfo.com).

Please review our Cancellation & Refund Policy below before purchasing any service packages or software subscriptions.

1. Subscription Services (GabbarInfo AI Software)

GabbarInfo AI offers monthly and annual subscription plans (including Solo Growth Suite, Duo Growth Suite, Agency Growth Suite, and Local Maps & Review Booster).

• Cancellation: You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time directly through your account dashboard or by writing to contactus@gabbarinfo.com. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid billing cycle, and you will not be billed for subsequent cycles.
• 7-Day Refund Policy: If you are unsatisfied with your first-time subscription purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the initial purchase date, provided that less than 20% of your plan's monthly asset generation quotas (blogs, ads, or social posts) have been consumed.
• Renewal Charges: Renewal charges for subsequent billing cycles are non-refundable once processed. Please ensure cancellation requests are made at least 24 hours prior to the next billing date.

2. Digital Marketing & Agency Services

For custom agency services (including custom website design, dedicated SEO retainers, graphic design, and video production):

• Milestone-Based Refunds: Service fees are tied to project milestones. Once work has commenced on an agreed milestone or creative deliverable, fees allocated to that milestone are non-refundable.
• Pre-Commencement Cancellations: If you choose to cancel a service agreement prior to the commencement of any work, a full refund will be issued minus any applicable payment gateway processing fees.

3. Refund Processing Timelines

Approved refund requests will be credited back to the original method of payment (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, or Net Banking) within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your card issuer or banking partner's processing policies.
