At Gabbarinfo Digital Solutions ("we", "us", "our"), we strive to deliver high-quality digital marketing services, performance advertising campaigns, website design, and autonomous AI-powered software solutions through GabbarInfo AI (hosted at ai.gabbarinfo.com).

Please review our Cancellation & Refund Policy below before purchasing any service packages or software subscriptions.

1. Subscription Services (GabbarInfo AI Software)

GabbarInfo AI offers monthly subscription plans: Solo Starter, Duo Growth, Trio Business, Agency Starter, Agency Pro, Agency Max, and Agency Enterprise.

• Cancellation: You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time directly through your account dashboard or by writing to contactus@gabbarinfo.com. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid billing cycle, and you will not be billed for subsequent cycles.
• 7-Day Refund Policy: If you are unsatisfied with your first-time subscription purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the initial purchase date, provided that less than 20% of your plan's monthly asset generation quotas (blogs, ads, or social posts) have been consumed.
• Renewal Charges: Renewal charges for subsequent billing cycles are non-refundable once processed. Please ensure cancellation requests are made at least 24 hours prior to the next billing date.
• Subscription Exhaustion: Your subscription ends on whichever occurs first — the 30-day billing cycle, exhaustion of all included service quotas, or exhaustion of all bonus credits. No refund or extension is provided for early exhaustion due to user activity.
• Unused Quota / Credits: Any unused service quota (e.g., unused blogs or social posts) and any unused bonus credits from a subscription period are forfeited at the end of that billing cycle and do not carry forward to the next period or entitle you to a refund.

2. Credit Top-Up Packs (Non-Refundable)

GabbarInfo AI Credit top-up packs are strictly non-refundable once the credits have been credited to your account, regardless of whether they have been used.

• Credits Deducted at Generation: Credits are consumed at the moment GabbarInfo AI begins processing a request (AI generation start). This applies to all services including blog generation, social post creation, ad campaign generation, image creation, character IP creation, reel generation, and long-form video. Credits are not refunded if you abandon, close, or do not publish content after AI generation has commenced. This includes scenarios where a user initiates a workflow (e.g., starts a Meta Ads campaign creation, an image is generated) and then closes the application without completing or publishing the campaign.
• No Refund on Consumed Credits: Once credits have been deducted, they cannot be reversed, refunded, or returned, regardless of whether the output was used, published, or considered satisfactory.
• Credit Pack Expiry: Purchased credit packs are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Expired credits are forfeited without refund.

3. Digital Marketing & Agency Services

For custom agency services (including custom website design, dedicated SEO retainers, graphic design, and video production):

• Milestone-Based Refunds: Service fees are tied to project milestones. Once work has commenced on an agreed milestone or creative deliverable, fees allocated to that milestone are non-refundable.
• Pre-Commencement Cancellations: If you choose to cancel a service agreement prior to the commencement of any work, a full refund will be issued minus any applicable payment gateway processing fees.

4. Refund Processing Timelines

Approved refund requests will be credited back to the original method of payment (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, or Net Banking) within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your card issuer or banking partner's processing policies.
